KEY DATES AND FEES

Keep an eye on this page for when we announce the following important dates:

  • Registrations are Open now!  sign up for season 2024/25. Closes 10th October (With exception of First Hits which are open all season).
  • Hard Ball Pre-season Training – Vogelmorn Park. Afternoons – 20 & 27 October, and 3rd November.
  • Brooklyn Cricket Club Day / Kit-Day. Liardet Park – 3rd of November!
  • Season 2024/25 Calender  – Opening weekend –  9/10th November!
  • First Hits – First Sunday session – 10th November!
  • Quiz night 2024! – our ONLY fundraiser for the year, helping to keep cricket affordable for all!
  • AGM – Scehduled for July 2025

 

  • HARDBALL PRE-SEASON TRAINING
    We will be running spring training sessions at Vogelmorn Park for all our Year 5-8 hardball players throughout the month of October in the afternoons.
  • CLUB DAY / KIT DAY
    Our Annual Club and Kit day.  There will be a BBQ and the day will be held at Liardet Park. This is sponsored and run by our Senior Brooklyn Cricket Club. Opportunity for all to swap or aquire cricket gear.
  • COACHING SUPPORT
    Cricket Wellington are keen to offer support to all of our coaches in any way possible and are happy to run and attend sessions throughout the season.  If you are an existing coach and want to know more get in touch.

FEES

  • First Hits (introduction to cricket) ages 4 to 6/7 years old – $45
  • Registration for one child Grades 2-7 (school Y2 to Y7) – $100
  • Year 8 half season (pre-Christmas) – $50
  • Girls – Saturday Hard Ball Only (City Suburbs) – $100
  • Girls – Sunday Soft Ball Only (Y5 – Y8) – $80
  • Girls – Sunday Soft Ball Smash Only (Y2 – Y4) – $80
  • Family Discounts: Two children per family Y2-7 – $170
  • Three children per family – $200

**Girls already registered in Saturday Mixed Junior Competitions can play Sunday’s for no extra fee**

Fees include first cap and playing top. The PlayHQ portal allows payment by credit card. If this doesn’t suit you, please contact info@bjcc.co.nz for payment options. It’s important to BJCC that all children who want to play cricket, can play and that cost is not a barrier.
